You are making two assumptions that are completely wrong.

First of all, not everyone who has wings is a donator. You know very well that people can get Moolah and get the wings now, by trading a donator.
Secondly, who said the donators don't get punished if they disregard or try to bend the rules? In this you are wrong. And I have a few example to back my opinion up.

There are plenty of examples that can be brought up that'd go against that. No one said it, yea, but the way it's displayed speaks for itself. One thing that just recently happened would be a nice example of why it looks like real donators, the heavy donators at least, get unfair treatment compared to others when it comes to bans or mutes.

No there isn't every1 is treated fairly. No even, even a donator is given special privileges!
