I see the achievement system divided into some categories ( bronze, silver,gold,ruby, and diamond
Are the achievement system give the additional bonus stat/attack/def/ etc on character if we increase the point ?

Increased stats no, but you are awarded with Moolah for reaching Gold, Ruby and Diamond.
