hello i am an old player 4 - 5 years ago. why i cant login my account ingame. but i can login fine on our site.

Game accounts used to have their own account registration - completely separate to the website, so you most likely used a different username for the game and website.
Send me a private message and tell me the name(s) of the character on the account and I will try to find it for you.
