Blacklist system

I strongly recommend having the blacklist* system here for Iris. There's too many people we just want to ignore but can't and they end up clogging every chat window available. Some assholes are better left ignored anyway, less trashtalk wars, more fun loving.

    Not that easy, I know Sedy has tried in the past but there was some problem.
