I've reached level 55 in my card master skill but i can't go any further. It says the top level is 70 and I have recipes for level 60 but everything is in white letters and wont up my points anymore.

You can use the nsDB recipes section to show all recipes, their levels etc.

Filter it by Card Master and then you can sort by level requirement, the skill level it will get you too, where it drops from etc. etc.
