Change Space skill tree requirements for human mages

Currently, it takes points into the ice tree to unlock skills like void and black hole. This makes a mage have to choose (for the most part) between getting lightning skills (almost exclusively), or being able to get ice as well as space skills. This also seems a little unfair because the elf mage tree doesn't seem to have such a requirement.

I dont see the point why Wiz's skill need to be corrected. Ppl played Wiz for years and now because you dont have enough SP for your build so it should be corrected? Why you even need Black Hole, for PVE? It's the useless skill. Compare to sorc, i rarely see any good sorc build Disharmony which also useless skill same as Black Hole.

With 232 SP (without 5 SP come from BF), too ez to have a PVE Wiz build. You want PVP Wiz? Get more SP from BF, life will get easier.
