By adding them to NPC
it wont ruin anything.. but will make life easier... as they are RARELY @ AH or @ shops @ Terminus

and adding another source on how to obtain them would be nice Oo

IE: [Coin] is added to NPC for Scrub's tear's..

v1.0 - person doesnt have any.. nor tears not coin.. but need's coins... the person buy's Tear's and exchange's them for [Coin] @ NPC

v2.0 - person need's [Coin] none @ AH/Terminus... hmm.. nwm.. i got some Tear's.. goes to NPC and Exchange's them.
YAY.. [Coin] Obtained!

P.s to answer this ----You can also exchange tears for coins with other players---- hard to find a person willing to do that ;P

I understand what you mean and it's not a bad idea, but.
You can also exchange tears for coins with other players, and it's helping the economy go around. So not sure how any of this is going to work.

you could add.. item [Coin] from voting.. or add to Scrub's Tear NPC!

~ 10 Scub's Tear = ~ 30 [Coin]

Good suggestion, i would go with the latter for the suggestion.
