I just encountered a rather strange bug just a short time ago, in which I had an odd message while trying to craft. The specific message was "This recipe is on cooldown." And it prevented me from crafting the four Magic Ink recipes for Card Master. In order to fix this, I decided to relog, and to my shock, found that both of my recipe lists were blank, though i still had both my Alchemy and Card Master levels. Concerned, I tried relogging again, and sure enough, no change. So I took a screenshot of them, however, taking the screenshot of my Alchemy recipe list being blank somehow caused my Card Master list to return. I have attached the screenshots of both lists, showing my Alchemy at 200/200 and my Card Master at 82/200, with my Alchemy list blank and my Card Master recipes back to normal. I'm unsure as to how exactly this bug occurred as nothing abnormal aside from the cooldown message had happened before this bug.
