hi sedy, i wanna ask about top up system using wavegame voucher card. I has done get my wavegame code card then input via ns website . at 1st i get my moolah normally , but on 4th try wavegame wallapi system keep running and didnt process my payment so i closed the site because i think it got error . but when i try to submit my card code again it say my card has been used, but when i check my gift box i didnt get my 68 moolah ? why this is happen ?

can you help me to fix this ? i can share my screenshot all of my payment using wavegame card ( failed to get moolah on 3rd or 4th card code)

Note : Total im buying 6 wavegame voucher code (5 success and 1 failed)
