Hi again, i asked my friend to play IRIS with me , but unfortunately her client has some issue

When she start the launcher it said failed to init rendersystem, can someone help us?
The game folder is already at the right size (1.95gb) and she downloaded the latest client. And no corrupt file when she unpacked it.
