Why can only pt members buff with hit?

    Yes it's an aura.

    No, its not aura.. its buffs: hit and crit.. and u can buff only if other player in ur party.. even cant buff via raid

    Oh sorry I was thinking of the aura skill.
    Cold Radiance, yes it's currently party only for no good reason really. I will change it.
