I Read the`Event Page only i dont Understand whats i need to get this title!?

What special title? are you speaking of the noscrubs 5th anniversary? I"m sorry that was a ONE DAY ONLY opportunity. We might do something at a later day for a title for now though that title is only available to those that got it it on the day the anniversary was held
