it looks like I need to get this recipe to do my master cook quest. I found out it's from a quest but I can't find it.

It may be gone now so I don't know what to do. only info I could find was it's a quest from karen silverwolf in hc 2f, lvl 43. however I see no quest. I may have done it but at the time hadn't taken cooking yet so no recipe. I really cant' remember or if there are quests I need to do to open that one up.

if I can't get the quest how else can I obtain this recipe. how can we do the master cook chef without it?
