Hi xCHULOx, I have resent the mount manually - you will find it in your giftbox. I also had some other problems with your character's inventory so it has been rolled back to 3am this morning (last backup) and I have been through the logs and manually sent any new items to your giftbox. You will need to redo the extra card slots on one of your items and recard it but everything you need will be in the giftbox.
