GM i want to change job with 20 moolah if i change it my CQ for healers right now it will be for wizards/sorcerers? or not

Not strictly true, CQ does not get reset automatically if you change job from cloth to cloth (healer to caster), or plate to plate (tank to dps) etc. only if you change from cloth to plate, mail to plate, plate to mail etc. etc.
If you change from cloth to cloth you can request we reset it for you so that you can get your new gear.
