I was helping my set up her voting account because she had some trouble. I did manage to find out the problem but it ended up sharing the IP with my account. I was hoping that is it possible to separate the account IP so she can vote on her own time. (her username is komit) If you unable to do much about it, I'll understand and try to work out something with her.
