epic von steel chest for lvl 100 never seems to drop in over a year and i can never find one for sell in auction and ive been announcing wanting to buy one for a very long time but nobody seems to have or have seen one and im asking players that play all the time..just wondering if this item is bugged or just set to not drop but very rarely.
