Some tests on Lisk drops since several people asked if I removed All Stat from his droplist.
Out of first 100 kills he dropped All Stat V x2 a total of 11 times.
I then recorded 10 kills and he dropped All Stat V 2 times as you can see in the video below.

Lisk will decide to drop a V card at around 65% without any drop rate buffs from titles, guild or potions etc.
If he decides to drop one, it will be 28% All Def, 28% All Eva, 28% All Regen, 16% All Stat.

You can see in the video that 8 out of the 10 drops contain a V card, which is well above the 65% chance.
Further kills I made were not as favourable, sometimes yielding only 2 or 3 V card drops, but that is RNG for you - sometimes it's in your favour, and sometimes it is not.
