Lowbie card "master" recipes?

I am level 12. The recipes I have are white, which I am guessing means that they will result in no experience. Tobias card guy has no recipes between zero and 20. None of the recipes that I picked up from drops are lower than 20.

So, I think it means that I should go farm recipes in a low level area. But, I figure I should ask in case there is another option. Is there another option?

as i know when u start card master assistant, u will receive quest, and that quest give u recipe, and yeah sometimes u need farm from mobs drop, but in tobias have recipe lvl 10 above, maybe u should see more careful

d'oh. yes he sells level 10 recipes. I thought they were sorted by level so didn't look below level 50.
