Hi Sedy!

I think - that this 2 mounts can be with same characteristics like moolah one, because its really hard to get (0 sec/100%/2 slots for runes), even 85lv bears drop better mount.
For example, i got wonderland mount after 2 months of farming wonderland and players in pt was pass it to me automatically w/o roll. If they collect too, it might take much longer time.

From Catacombs mount so rare and people really stopped to go there... bc no points to run it.. gears 85, with corrently lvl 100 and mount 0 sec/100% but w/o rune slots... useless

If u will change this mounts people will ahve higher interest to run those dungeons.

Hatter's Teacup will be upgraded to 0% cast and will get 1 Amber slot (like a tear mount).
The imperfect mounts from Catacombs will also gain 1 Amber slot, they are already 0% cast.
This puts these mounts in between a tear and moolah mount, with the only difference being a lack of an Azure slot.

Catacombs is currently being converted into a level 100 dungeon which should be ready soon. The imperfect mounts will continue to drop from the 2nd boss, Skerris.
