Not currently no. There might be a guild thing later on but nothing right now.

No there is no housing system.

There are plenty of people around but mostly at the higher levels. The levelling process is mostly solo quest based until you reach the higher levels but some high level players will probably help you with the dungeons if you ask around. There are of course other newbies around but the levelling is quite fast so it's often best to do it solo.

I would highly recommend you ask around to join a guild. The game is double the fun when you find a good friendly guild
