Hi admin, i just wanna ask this one. In the Philippines, there are lots of Internet Cafes and I just wanna know if for example we are a group playing in 1 internet cafe and say we are 5 persons. What if 1 of us already voted, does that mean the remaining 4 cannot vote anymore since an internet cafe will register and uses only 1 static IP? How can the rest of us vote if 1 already voted? Thanks a lot
