Hello, new player just started yesterday.

I am struggling with Bag Space, so i saw the advert on the site,
that says if i donate i would get this stuff, including a 40 slot backpack.
I thought great, just what i need, so i donated 5 dollars.

Apart from not recieving the 40 slot bag expansion,
i did not get the character slot unlock, the warehouse expansion
and the add assistant skill scroll.

I did get some stuff that i was supposed to get
but strangely, i ended up with a temporary reindeer suit and head,
for some reason.

I dont reall mind about all the stuff missing,
except for the Bag Expansion.
That was the thing i spent the cash to get.

Can you please advise or help, thank you.
