Terminus Specialties?

Now I know it says vortex, and I know it use to drop when i went, but now I haven't had any luck?
Does it just not drop now/rare drop?

    You need the easy mode Vortex for those.

    Vortex Hard used to drop it but the rewards has be tweaked, now it doesn't drop Term Specialties. I think Vortex Normal drops it now. Since the old vortex hard mode got "deleveled" to vortex normal mode.
