The server will be restarted at 9am this morning and a small patch is available when you run your launcher to fix the following:

Fixed chance effects on several high-level staffs.
Fixed Roszak Insane mode reflect skill being spammed. It still has a very very small chance of being used randomly so keep your eyes open.
Fixed offline time tooltip for guild members.
Target frame now shows percent only.
Party frame now shows value only (no percent), unless you switch to mini-mode where it's percent only. Basically as it was before.
Hero frame now shows value only (no percent).
Arcturis, Feralas and Kraken movement speed increased on Insane mode.
Golden Temple Insane challenge quest now requires you kill all of the bosses and the timer has been increased to 30 minutes.
Temple of Atlantis Insane challenge quest now requires you kill Feralas and Arcturis and the timer has been increased to 30 minutes.
