Corrected some issues with the Blacklist feature. Sometimes players that hadn't logged in for a long period of time would disappear from the list.

Fixed a bug with dropped items and crafted items sometimes showing as being Enhanced or Sealed in their tooltip.

Fixed a bug with pet skills that do bonus damage based on the primary stats, Str, Agi, Int etc.
This includes Wind Strike, Iron Whack, Destruction Strike, Arcane Bombardment, and Destructive Blast.
These skills are supposed to do bonus damage equal to 2.5x the primary stat, but were doing 2x.
They also now include the primary stat from Intensify, passive skills that grant the pet primary stats, and equipped items and cards (the green number next to the primary stat in the pet window), not just the primary stat obtained from the pet's level (the white number next to the primary stat in the pet window).
