There will be a server restart tonight when most of you are sleeping.
The restart will fix a number of issues with boss/mini-boss spawns.
Mini-bosses will now spawn every 2 hours and not be dependent on any other factors like they are now.
Cringer, Livid, Ulric and Athelon will all spawn more often.
(Ulric is not spawning on a PK map yet, it will be in the next patch with some other fixes, this is just a server restart tonight).
