Vortex is back and the rewards have been updated slightly. No more single items and hopefully less crashes.

All Jobs
Skill efficiency on many skills was increased to make sure the new skills override their counterparts in the previous job tree.

Wizard
Cold Radiance tooltip fixed to show it gives Magic Hit, not Magic Protection and now lasts for 30 minutes with a 3 second cooldown.
Arctic Gust stun fixed.
Permeating Chill invoke chance increased.
Hailstorm shared cooldown removed.
Ice Age, Thunder Sunder and Black Hole shared cooldown fixed.
Ice Wall tested and confirmed working. You need to be facing the mobs you want to freeze.
Hailstorm now requires Advanced Ice Infusion as intended.

Wind Walker
Danger Evasion increased to 12m from 8m as intended originally.

Vanquisher
Ritual of Divinity cooldown fixed.
Charge 3 tooltip fixed.
Charge 3 debuff icon fixed.
Decisive Strike pre-requisite skills fixed.

Assassin
Updated pre-requisite skills for Essence Shift, Accurate Lunge, Shadowstrike and Exterminate.
Void Assumption no longer activates the Exposed Weakness cooldown and now gives a bonus to Physical Hit instead of Crit. Cooldown and duration changed per rank to 20 / 40 / 60 seconds.
Shadowstrike now removes All Attack, not just Physical Attack and invoke chance increased substantially.

Sorcerer
Adjusted the skill animations of Explosive Blast and Chronowarp to fix delayed damage.
Blazing Aspect II increase fixed. Now gives the proper All Attack.
Acceleration pre-requisite skill fixed.

Crusader
Cooldown sharing removed/fixed for most skills.
