Weight doesn't affect your movespeed in this game. If you reach your max weight capacity, you can't loot anymore.

weight gives limit on how much stuff you can carry. for example, if you have too many stacked items and you're at your weight limit, tho you have free slots, you won't be able to loot anything. I'm not sure if it affects movement speed. ) but in real life, if you have less weight you move faster. )))))
