ew... there is 4 times that i'm trying to vote, but always my vote isn't validated :/

whats wrong? and why it start just when double votes was activated XD

Should be a box with 4 images in it. Maybe turn off your ad blocker if you have one and see if it shows up.

everytime double tears i cant vote on Gtop QQ, when give normal tears i can vote.

Must just be coincidence because nothing changes in the way you vote - it's only a backend script that sends the tears to your giftbox that gets changed and it has nothing to do with the actual voting.

but I can't find an entry for you voting 6 hours before so I guess their system is messed up somehow. Can you change your IP address and try?
