    They drop in dungeons, from world bosses, and they drop from mobs but low rates from mobs

    you get all the goodies from GM darcel and galadriel just spam harass them on the mail or at facebook =D

If you don't have Cooking just ask other players to make it for you. Just get them some Fairy Powder
