Where should i level?

Hi guys, so im a lvl 63 merc now and i am full lvl 55-60 armors and accs all +5 and i have lvl 60 epic duals +10. So i just wonder where should i go lvl up now? Becoz mobs are very stong as i noticed, or its just me. They have tons of hp and hit very hard, and i think its not worth it to do a quest that gives 8% exp and to turn that quest in u have to kill like 50 of op mobs. So, where should i level?

LVL 60 u can find quest in twiligt quarry or night forest. and do wanted paper if u want more quickly lvl up

Why do the wanted papers say that im not meating the required lvl when i use them? I use lvl 60wanted papers and im 63.

its just wrong description, just take wanted paper from isolated hyne until corrupted pupa
