I can not log into my account. A message appears that says'' Your ID Has Been blocked. For more information, please contact Customer Service.''
I do not know what is the 'Customer Service' so I'm writing here.
I do not know why my account was blocked. Please, I would like to solve this problem.

Hi there. Please send a message to Galadriel. She is an admin, and will be able to tell you what happened and for how long.

You must know that we don't allow multi-box tear farming on here.
