I can not log into my account. A message appears that says'' Your ID Has Been blocked. For more information, please contact Customer Service.''
I do not know what is the 'Customer Service' so I'm writing here.
I do not know why my account was blocked. Please, I would like to solve this problem.

Hey miiranda.

You must know that we don't allow multi-box tear farming on here.
Please check the rules about it but if you have any further questions or need some more clarifying about this, I'll be waiting for a PM from you.
